Cell Cayman Terms of Service

These Terms of Service apply to customers using cellcayman.com and purchasing or reserving products and services from Cell Cayman.

Cell Cayman is located at Shop #3, Clock Tower Plaza, Eastern Avenue, George Town, Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands.

By using our website, submitting an order or reservation, or purchasing from Cell Cayman, you agree to these terms.

Online Orders and Reservations

Customers may browse products, add items to their cart and submit an order or reservation request.

Submitting an online cart, reservation or request does not automatically guarantee inventory or create a completed sale.

A Cell Cayman sales representative may confirm:

• Product availability

• Current price

• Model, colour or specification

• Warranty

• Pickup or delivery

• Delivery charges

• Payment arrangements

An order becomes confirmed once Cell Cayman accepts the order and any required payment or deposit has been arranged.

Inventory

Cell Cayman operates both online and through physical sales channels.

Although we make reasonable efforts to keep inventory accurate, an item displaying as available online may sell before the website inventory updates.

Availability is therefore not guaranteed until confirmed by our sales team.

If an item is unavailable, we may recommend a suitable alternative.

We will not substitute a materially different product without customer approval.

Pricing

We make reasonable efforts to ensure prices are accurate.

If an obvious pricing error occurs, Cell Cayman may correct the price before accepting the order.

The customer may choose to proceed at the corrected price or cancel the order.

Promotions, giveaways, discounts and special offers are subject to availability and any terms communicated with the promotion.

Special Orders

Where an item is unavailable from current inventory, Cell Cayman may offer a special order.

Special orders may require a deposit.

Once an item has been specifically ordered or paid for on behalf of a customer, cancellation may be restricted or subject to applicable charges.

Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, specifications and images.

Product colours, packaging, accessories and minor details may vary from photographs shown online.

Customers should rely on the confirmed model and specifications when making a purchasing decision.

Customer Conduct

Customers may not use our website to:

• Carry out fraudulent transactions

• Interfere with website security

• Attempt unauthorized access

• Abuse promotions

• Submit false information

• Use Cell Cayman content for unauthorized commercial purposes

Cell Cayman reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order where there is reasonable concern regarding fraud, incorrect information, pricing errors, security concerns, inventory availability or misuse of our services.

Repairs

Acceptance of a device for inspection does not guarantee that it can be repaired.

Repair estimates may change if additional faults are discovered.

Where additional chargeable work is required, Cell Cayman will normally contact the customer for approval before proceeding.

Customers should back up important data before submitting any device for repair.

Repair procedures may sometimes require resetting, reinstalling or replacing parts of a device.

Cell Cayman cannot guarantee preservation of customer data unless specifically agreed in writing.

Cell Cayman does not generally accept water damaged devices for normal repair service.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Cayman Islands law, Cell Cayman is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses that could not reasonably have been anticipated.

Nothing in these terms limits any liability or customer right that cannot legally be excluded.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Cayman Islands.
