Cell Cayman currently fulfills eligible online orders through store pickup and local delivery arrangements.

Customers may choose store pickup where available.

Please wait for confirmation from our sales team before travelling to collect an online reservation.

An item being added to your cart does not guarantee that it has been reserved.

Once the sales team confirms availability and your order is ready, you may proceed with collection.

Customers may be asked to provide their name, contact details, order information, proof of payment or identification where reasonably necessary.

Local delivery may be available for eligible orders within Grand Cayman.

Delivery availability, fees and estimated delivery times will be confirmed by the Cell Cayman sales team before the order is finalized.

Delivery times are estimates unless specifically guaranteed by Cell Cayman.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate address, telephone number and any necessary delivery instructions.

If a delivery cannot be completed, our team will contact the customer to arrange another delivery attempt or store pickup.

Products displayed online remain subject to availability.

Our physical store and sales team may sell inventory before the online inventory system updates.

Your product is therefore not guaranteed until Cell Cayman confirms the reservation or order.

Depending on the order, customers may be able to pay:

• At our physical store

• Through an approved payment method arranged with our sales team

• Through another payment option offered by Cell Cayman
